Course Description:
This course is designed towards managers
whose work environment involves food being prepared, cooked
or stored and where they have responsibility for management
of food hygiene issues.
Entry Requirements:
A general and theoretical knowledge
and understanding of food hygiene is desired.

Duration and Format:
7 x full day sessions over approx. 10
weeks
Teaching methods consist of discussions, groupwork activities,
video observations and tutor input.
Assessment:
1 x 2 ½ hour written examination
2 x 1500 word assignments
