the slate-training.co.uk web site at www.slate-training.co.uk
(the "Site") you are agreeing to the terms that

Slate-training.co.uk is owned and
operated by Slate Training Limited ("SLA"). References
to SLA also refer to the Site. The Site is intended for use
by people interested in, employed by or connected with the
hospitality industry.

for time spent accessing the Site in the same way that you
are charged for making telephone calls. You should contact
your operator if you require details of these charges, as
you will be responsible for them.
2.0 Use of slate-training.co.uk Content
and linking to the Site

Alerts and Wires by E-mail (collectively, the "Content")
belongs to Slate-Training or its licensors. You may retrieve

3.0 Jurisdiction
This Site is intended for UK residents
only and only in relation to their activities within the UK.
The information on this Site may not be accurate or relevant
in relation to activities outside the UK.
If any provision of these Site Terms is
deemed unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site
Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions.
These Site Terms and your use of information
or materials from this Site shall be governed by the laws
of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England and Wales, save that Slate-Training
may take action in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect
its intellectual property rights.
3.1 Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by,
and construed in accordance with, English law.
For the exclusive benefit of Slate-Training,
Slate-Training shall retain the right to bring proceedings
as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country
of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into in
the course of your trade or profession, the country of your
principal place of business.

Slate-Training takes the privacy of

the data processing practices of Slate-Training. If you have

by Slate-Training. We collect personal information from you
through the use of enquiry and feedback forms and every time
you e-mail us your details.

the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity
of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain

Failure by either party to exercise any
right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver
of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience
only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
