The Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors is designed for door supervisors already working in licensed retail or wishing to start work in the industry and is awarded to those who pass two examinations covering the basic knowledge and responsibilities of the occupation.

Designed to raise awareness of the prevailing illegal drugs scene, it gives a basic knowledge and understanding of the law pertaining to the misuse and supply of controlled drugs on licensed premises.

A national qualification, awarded by BIIAB the nationally accredited awarding body for licensed retail, designed for barpersons working in on-licensed premises in England and Wales. The qualification comprises two units – the BIIAB Barperson’s National Certificate, and BIIAB Customer and Drinks Service. In order to achieve the qualification you must successfully complete both units.

The BIIAB has developed the BIIAB Level 1 Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing in response to industry-wide training requirements to demonstrate commitment to responsible alcohol retailing.

The National Certificate for Licensees (Drugs Awareness) is a nationally recognised qualification designed for managers and designated premises supervisors running licensed premises in England and Wales and is designed to give them operational guidelines to help them prevent and deal effectively with any drug related problems in their premises.
